On 27 August 2026, the MP Clinic medical team, led by Dr. Peera, took part in an activity to exchange experience and knowledge on the ADSI (Adipose-Derived SVF Injection) medical innovation together with AFC, to update the techniques and approaches for applying this technology in caring for and restoring the health of the hair roots and scalp.
This activity focused on exchanging knowledge about the nanoFat and SVF transplant process, including approaches for applying it to the hair roots and scalp, with the medical team discussing techniques and treatment planning suited to each individual client.
ADSI and Hair-Root Care
nanoFat + SVF Transplant is a process of preparing fat tissue into small, fine particles by passing it through a fat cutter, or Adenizer. After the cutting process, small fat molecules called nanoFat are obtained, which can be used in the desired areas. The nanoFat is then put through a final centrifugation process, after which SVF (Stromal Vascular Fraction) is obtained — a liquid containing a group of cells and components derived from the fat tissue, which can be injected to restore and treat the hair roots effectively.
When applied to hair care, the doctor may consider injecting nanoFat + SVF into the scalp of those with hair loss or thinning hair, or who wish to care for their scalp condition, focusing on supporting the environment of the scalp and the functioning of the hair roots.
However, treatment results may vary from person to person and should be assessed by a doctor before deciding to undergo the service.
Exchanging nanoFat + SVF Preparation Techniques
During the activity, the MP Clinic medical team exchanged experience with the team from AFC about nanoFat + SVF preparation techniques.
First, the doctor harvests fat tissue from the client’s thigh area, using a technique appropriate for each individual.
Second, the fat goes through a preparation process and is reduced in size with the Adenizer, a medical device for cutting fat into smaller molecules so that it is suitable for application on the scalp. The Adenizer that MP Clinic uses is certified to both Thai FDA (อย.) standards and the international USFDA standard.
Third, the doctor assesses the problem areas and plans the injection positions for nanoFat + SVF to suit each person’s condition.
